Fill out the Registration Form below to receive entry into the Clubhouse.

Our Cyber Clubhouse Registration Form seeks consent for your child to utilize GoToMeeting platform for distance-based Cyber Clubhouse programming. GoToMeeting provides an opportunity to deliver video and chat-based educational experiences to members via any device with internet access.

In order to participate in distance-based Club experiences, you will need to provide the following:

  1. Completed registration form for virtual Cyber Clubhouse membership. (Login will be sent via email upon completion and consent from the registration form)
  2. A computer, mobile, or tablet device with access to the Internet
  3. A quiet space at home in which members can participate in distance-based experiences under the supervision of an adult

We will use GoToMeeting for the following anticipated program activities:

  1. Group chats
  2. Video conferencing
  3. Media sharing (for example, uploading images of artwork or other projects)

Boys & Girls Clubs of Nassau County will actively monitor member activity on GoToMeeting and will make every effort to protect member information by, among other things, maintaining control of, and access to, the data collected; prohibiting re-disclosure of Club member information; limiting the purposes for which the online platform may use member information; ensuring there is no advertising and that no member information is collected for commercial purposes. Further, all activities online must comply with Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida’s safety policies, including the Code of Conduct and Prohibition of 1:1 Contact Policy, which are available for review at www.bgccf.org.
